About the Business
The core philosophy of designers Martin Ryan and Simon Cahill can be summed up as: labour on the design, not the manufacture - which means that we try to find design solutions which combine the visual economy of our furniture with ease of manufacturing.
In our experience, designs which often appear simple to the eye, are anything but simple. This is usually because insufficient attention is given to manufacturing possibilities at the concept and development stages when poor design decisions can be made.
