About the Business
We have made pine furniture, mainly pine wardrobes, pine tables and pine chest of drawers, for nearly 30 years. We started out making for the local community in Cornwall, where our factory is located. However, now we make and deliver to all over the UK. Our pine wardrobes are made to all sizes and shapes, as are our pine tables and in fact all of our pine furniture. Penzance, CornwallMichael has kept our £2.4 deposit for over 9 months and despite my constant contacting and unfulfilled promises from his rep Amanda, we still have no wardrobes. I wish i had read the review on TrustPilot. I would have avoided this company altogether. I've asked for a refund of my deposit and have still heard nothing. Shame on you Michael the owner.

Newton Abbot, DevonWe purchased a set of bedroom furniture towards the end of November 2023. A 5+2 drawer chest and two 3 drawer bedside units. I decided to drive from my home in Devon to Redruth to collect. This meant we could get our furniture made and ready to have before Christmas rather than rely on delivery to come before Christmas. I dealt with Amanda from the outset via email and phone calls. She was brilliant dealing with our requirements and getting everything sorted for our arranged collection. It was 3 weeks from ordering to collection day. We have now had our furniture for nearly 6 weeks and all is well. The furniture overall is decent quality. Redruth, CornwallDisgusting service unreliable no customer respect. Do not do orders to promise dates do not deliver on arranged delivery dates. Turn Up last-minute half sling a bed together clear of in the middle return with little notice. Bed slung together any fashion. Parts don’t fit correctly. Wax uneven finish generally no respect for customers or the way they put stuff together. Use to be good but wouldn’t recommend work finish looks like college student work if not worse.
