The business was started in 1996 by husband and wife team, Joseph and Karen Patterson and has grown and prospered and is now considered a highly respected business in the Yorkshire area. Joseph has been making bespoke furniture for over 40 years and has real affection and dedication to his work. He is respected throughout the woodworking industry.
Joseph James Ltd also offer a variety of services to builders, interior designers, architects and project managers. Whether you are looking for a modern, traditional or contemporary design, we can make it for you. We also cater for the needs of retail premises and hotel refurbishments. Our after sales record is second to none.
Our company has very high standards when creating furniture, living up to and exceeding all our clients expectations. All our furniture is manufactured in our factory - our showroom and factory workshop are both on the same site.
