About the Business
We're very keen on up-cycling - restoring and re-inventing furniture to give it a new lease of life - using contemporary fabrics, glass and colour to make pieces relevant and practical for today. We also use vintage textiles to create room canvases, cushions and lampshades to add a splash of mid-century into interiors. These pieces combine beautifully with large expressive screenprints and posters of the period - you 'll find them in 'Gallery'.
Another of our passions is in the fabric dolls and soft toys of the 50's and 60's. They're charming, but few survived intact. We're creating a series of felt originals based on ideas and characters from this period, each are unique and hand sewn.
